This is rooted in the legendary "Tiger Styles" of Silat, emphasizing fast evasive footwork, powerful kicks, leaping attacks and ground fighting. This system originates from Minangkabau regions of Sumatra and the mountains of Java. It is equally effective fighting from the ground as it is standing and adapts easily to the use of traditional Indonesian weaponry as well as modern every day carry (EDC).  This curriculum retains the brutal efficiency Silat while crossing the lines of various lineage.
